A few tips for the Bassist
Today I stumbled upon a wonderful article with a few tips geared toward dedicated students of the bass guitar!
One primary thing that I agree with is that in order to be a successful bass player, you have to feel the beat. In comparison one might say that the is like the bass guitar is guitar version of your drums since the rhythm is key element.
Another good tip that I find really important is that if your going to play bass, you want to have a good feel of regular guitar. It is like a having a head start or a bonus and who doesn’t want one of those?
When you do decide to play it, just make sure a you have a firm grip because after all it is a Bass Guitar String!!!
